How long can I rent a product for?
We have hourly, daily and three day passes that you can choose from.If you need to rent a product for a longer period of time, contact us and we will help you with that.
What are the opening hours of TULU rooms?
24/7! You can rent products at any hour of the day.
I’m trying to rent a product but the app seems to be slow, why?
Make sure you are connected to the WIFI we have in each of our TULU rooms. The username and password are written inside the room.
I want to try a new product but I'm not sure how to operate it.
When you choose a product to rent inside the app, simply click on the “play” button on the upper left side of the screen. You will see an easy to understand tutorial video. If you need any additional assistance, contact our customer service at 347-285-1330 and we will gladly help.
I rented a defective product. What should I do?
We are sorry about that! Please contact us through the chat box in the app, or call or text us at 347-285-1330 and we will assist you. We work hard to make sure all the products are always in order and ready to be used.
I would like to use a product that isn’t available in the TULU room. Can you add it?
